	1) Line up letters against a ruler or a flat edge.
	2) Carefully lay a piece of masking tape over the letters ( for longer badges split up into smaller chunks )
	3) Press tape down firmly onto each letter
	4) Turn the tape over and peel off the protective backing.
	5) Carefully place the badge into place and press down on each of the letters firmly
	6) Remove the tape
